Trinidad and Tobago (often referred to as Trinbago) is a country in the southern Caribbean, consisting of two main islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and 21 smaller islands. It is located just northeast of Venezuela, south of Grenada, and has sea borders with Barbados to the northeast and Guyana to the southeast.
The country is about 5,128 square kilometres in size - Trinidad is the bigger island where more than 90% of the population resides and Tobago makes up about 6% of the land and 4% of the population.
The capital city of Trinidad and Tobago is Port of Spain.
